Innobe Distillery®

We distil at 4,000 meters above sea level


Located in the city of El Alto, the fastest growing city in Bolivia and adjacent to the city of La Paz.

The distillery is built on an area of 11,000 m2 on top of a network of aquifers fed by meltwater from the Central Cordillera of the Andes. The infrastructure has been designed and conceived precisely for the purpose.
Possibly the highest commercial distillery in the world. High altitude production, low atmospheric pressure and significant changes in temperatures in the region give special characteristics to distillation and aging.

Guided tours


If you want to visit our facilities, do not hesitate to write to us to schedule a guided tour where you can test our products and see the complete distillation process.

This type of visit is both for amateurs and for people with experience in spirits or for entrepreneurs who want to do business. Our doors are open to people who want to experiment and learn about distillation.

Events


We regularly hold events at the distillery where we offer different pairing experiences in collaboration with waiters and chefs who propose interesting experiences.

These types of events fuse Bolivian ingredients with explorations in beverages that give all these meetings that unique character and allow us to communicate clearly and explore the true identity of our distillery.
